Wow. What a finish we had at the end there ladies and gentleman, with two readers battling it out till the end of the Finals. With fame and riches hanging in the balance, commenter Corey M. edges out Will to earn a date with primetime, endorsement deals, and an interview on Oprah. His newly signed agent Scott Boras (yeah he's going big time now) also tells us he may be pursuing an appearance on Celebrity Circus. Note to Corey: Career killer bro.

Funny thing about it is, Will said in the comments that, "I like 4-2 Det, but it would be a cop-out to play it safe w/ Corey's pick." Ouch. If I had a soul I might give Will a consolation prize based off of his kind heart. We'll see if I have any Mother Theresa in me.
Along with being the top dog of our 2008 Playoff Pick Em (which carries much prestige in certain circles), Corey is going to get the opportunity to do a guest post on We Bleed Teal (don't you just adore unnecessary links?) about whatever he wants (that sentence had a lot of parentheses). Look for that in the coming weeks, as well as more on the San Jose Sharks offseason moves. Thanks to all who participated, and I hope that next year we get a whole bunch more.

well first off i'd like to congratulate both teams for putting on a great stanley cup finals series.
